A Song The Angels Cannot Sing
Writer: Terry Breedlove
(Chorus)
I'm gonna sing a song the Angels cannot sing
Glory, Glory hallelujah I'm redeemed
By the blood of God's own Son the victory over sin is won
Praise and honor be forever to the King
By the signs we see we know it can't be long
Until the Lord returns to take his children home
In the twinkling of an eye to this old world we'll say goodbye
And join in the celebration around the throne
When at last I get to heaven some sweet day
And God himself shall wipe my tear drops all away
No more pain and fear to bother safe at home with the Heavenly Father
In his loving arms forever I shall stay
Oh sinner friend I beg of you don't wait too long
For I want to see there in my new home
And I pray you won't be missing when the Angels have to listen
As we all join in and sing that brand new song
