Acoustic Folk Ballad

I am very blessed to have had the opportunity to share my music in high security prison visits as service work. This song resonates with my own healing process that has been so powerful. I wrote it to share my understanding of pain as energy and letting it go with stillness and the breathe. Some have been known to get some tears.
