That’s Where My Music Comes From – David Stewart and I both hail from the state of Florida and have traveled some of the same hog trails and river bends though we are separated by more than 15 years. I remember where I was when I said these words to him – pulling up to his cabin in Buffalo, Wyoming – and I mentioned we should write that song since our upbringings were very similar. Hunting, fishing, brothers, hounds, football, and a love of picking and singing are just some of the things that tie he and I together. This tune has a lot of both of us in it and we hope you enjoy it. Rural Florida really is where our music comes from.
