Bloody Bill
Bloody Bill – 2:46
Bloody Bill – As an avid history buff and teacher there are eras that really intrigue me. The period following the Civil War in the Midwest that gave birth to many an outlaw is one such era. This song was co-written by Barney Rogers who is an excellent writer and this tune really came together quick. Bill Anderson was an outlaw and Confederate guerilla who sought revenge against Union loyalists and U.S. soldiers and was eventually shot down in Albany, Missouri.
