HBO's True Blood Series- July 15, 2009
Sammy Kershaw's "Louisiana Hot Sauce" was featured in Sunday night's episode of HBO's hit series True Blood.
The song written by Sammy and Keith Stegall was on his
"Maybe Not Tonight" record that was released by Mercury in 1999.
The episode is being hailed by critics, bloggers and fans of the show as the
best episode yet. By Monday morning the song is one of the top downloaded tracks on
Itunes and SammyKershaw.com was so overloaded with traffic the site crashed several times.

Here's what Entertainment Weekly had to say about this week's True Blood.

Oh, and my compliments once again to whoever is picking the country
music: the use of Sammy Kershaw's "Louisiana Hot Sauce" while the
reverend's wife wiggled for Jason was perfect.

In short, I felt this highly satisfying episode may have been the best
one of the season so far. EW.Com
