Like A Kennedy
Walking thru the bluegrass on a chemical high
Met a boy with wings he didn’t know he could fly
I turn & ran away just to see if he’d cry
Springtime in the field of rye

Seven cans of whipped cream under juniper tree
All the teachers turned around and pointed at me
I tried to shout his name so that I would be free
Summer sometimes lies

When he sings a song I will sing along
It will make me strong…just like a Kennedy

You drove me down to Venice yet I didn’t know why
All I did was laugh and have a terrible time
You turned to say hello that’s when he caught my eye
Autumn is a beautiful guy
