Song written the day after a friend was murdered in Costa Rica beach town. Unsolved to this day.

Carl ran a juice bar in Nosara and was one of the world's genuinely good guys. He had one drifting eye, and hung out on the beach always checking the surf. He wasn't a surfer but he had a surfer's soul
