It Coulda Been Worse
My good gal left with another man,
Won't be missing her raising sand,
She ain't good looking, and she don't dress fine,
The gal can't cook and she's always lyin'.
It coulda been worse they say,
It could been worse you know
Could be worse just wait,
Could be worse you'll see.
Her mama don't like me and she told me so,
In my business, she sticks her nose,
She pops in, doesn't have clue,
Catching us doing the dippity do.
The gal likes whiskey, likes her wine,
Smokin' reefers all the time,
Gets so high, can't hardly stand,
Can't remember who's her man.
She tells stories on all her friends,
Who's doing who, to what, where and when,
Can't keep her mouth shut that's for sure,
Hears some trash, just wants some more.
