Most of the tracks on the CD have been penned by Collins and reflect his talent both as a songsmith and vocalist. Edward Owen, Jr. is the co-writer on Plaything—an innovative approach to country driven by a “belt buckle- shiner” groove (country slow dancing while rubbing belt buckles) track. Collins vocals are original, clear and soulful with hints of blues, gospel, and jazz delivered with pure country. Look for this one to burn up the country charts.
