Eye Of The Storm
1. Four o'clock in the morning, Andrew came knocking on my door,
He took the roof off the house, while me and my baby layed on the bathroom floor.
We watched as our possessions got destroyed of blown away.
And now my woman tells me she don't have the heart to stay.

Chorus
That no good Andrew made my baby leave home.
She caught the Greyhound west, following the eye of the storm.

2. We lost our electricity, there's rubbish in our front yard,
Wild dogs running through the streets, and looters on the prowl.
I hope the Red Cross gets here soon, cause we don't have anything to eat.
They say the water is contaminated, and the temperature's one hundred degrees.
(Chorus)
3. She said I don't understand how you could let the insurance lapse,
Everything we worked so hard for has turned into a pile of trash.
She said I want to find me a real man, one who can stand up to anything.
I'm heading down the road, so I can see Andrew again.
(Chorus)
