Story behind “Remedy”:<br />

The song "Remedy" is all about LOVE. Giving love, receiving love and how love heals. The idea of song came from the thought that love is the best medicine. If you’re down and out, you don’t need to take a pill or have a drink. “a smile, a hug, baby your tender touch for me works better than any drug” - Sometimes you just need a warm smile, a hug, and/or some lovin’! Experts say, if you hug someone for more than 20 seconds, oxytocin, the love chemical is released in both people and actually lowers blood pressure, calms fears and has many other positive effects. Hence, “Baby you are my love medicine” and “Come on over babe and heal me.” <br />

Everyone is worthy and deserving of love- no matter where you come from or what you’ve done in your past. The man in the song had given up on love and one day took a chance and tried loving again with me. Our love and relationship was more healing, beautiful and magical, than anything we had ever imagined or experienced before. Remedy is a fun, upbeat and vibey song meant to inspire people to love and to use love as a tool to heal their hearts, in place of other negative things. So give love! Make love! Love somebody! Or let somebody love you!
