Memphis To Heaven:

Dedicated to T.C. & his grandson Sal:
i found a prayer flyer labeled "How To Get to Heaven from Memphis" along the banks of the Mississippi River, at the end of Beale Street. i picked it up and thought that it would be a good song-story title.
The song started out to be about life change and rebirth. When completed it included the feelings and thoughts of my dear friend Tony who was going through a difficult struggle fighting colon cancer.
Before he passed, he requested that i do something with this song. So i humbly submit it for your listening.
