Each Peace of Mind album is an hour of music crafted to bring you to a place of balance and harmony with both inner and outer worlds. At first listening, the music may simply wash away daily stresses, but regular listening can build a sense of peace than you can maintain and carry with you as you go about your days. We tend to think we must “get” peace of mind, the way we might get a new place to live or a new article of clothing. When the world becomes too frenzied, rather you simply need to step into this sphere of musical protection. You can then step out feeling much stronger and able to cope. You can even go about your days imagining yourself enveloped in your personal sphere of peaceful mind and then let that resonance infuse everything you do.
