Out On The Lake

This is gonna be good day
Sun in the sky
Bare feet on the ground Headed out of town with my best girlfriends
Taking forever just to get there

Yeah I’m ready for some vacay
Burgers on the grill and drinks on the deck
Get a little wet
Take a dirt road
To the middle of no where

Out on the lake
In the cool cool water floating in the memories were making
Catch a little wake
When we’re ties to the boat
And we’re tubing till the sun goes down
When the night time comes
We’ll have a little more fun
Waiting for the sun to rise
So we can start it all over again

Turn the music on up
Put them cell phones down
Take a look around
Everybody’s having the best time of their lives

Jumpin in on a rope swing
Paying no attention to the blisters on our hands
Wouldn’t pass up this chance
To spend a little time
With our friends and families
