A lighthearted musical list of Woody's 33 "runlin's" for personal conduct, including "Write a song a day," "Keep your hope machine running," and "Brush your teeth, if any." They may as well be Woody's New Year's resolutions, since the song's chorus is, "It'a a new year, a new year, we can follow, too." Music to the previously unpublished lyrics was added by the CD's producer and guest performer David Bernz.
