Biography
Paul Murphy is a singer-songwriter from Belfast Northern Ireland.
He has performed on BBC Radio several times including once as part of BBC Music Live. His music is best described as "New Gospel Rock" and takes influence from Gospel, Soul, Americana, and rock. He has performed in the Belnash (Belfast/ Nashville) songwriting festival, Belfast. His song "There's A Place" was a finalist and commended entry in the 2014 "International Songwriting Competition" one of only 300 from 18,000 entrants.
He released his E.P "Let the Truth Cry Out" in November 2013 and has subsequently received radio airplay since including the worlds largest Christian radio station UCB. He was in addition featured in UCB's undiscovered show in a January 2015 broadcast.
