The Osborne Brothers and Mac Wiseman’s The Essential Bluegrass Album is a remarkable collaboration between two of Bluegrass music’s greatest acts. Bluegrass Hall of Famers Sonny and Bobby Osborne and Mac Wiseman recorded this album in 1979 with the help of legendary musicians Benny Birchfield, Jerry Douglas and Josh Graves.

Newly remastered, The Essential Bluegrass Album brilliantly showcases the Osborne Brother’s innovative harmonies and Mac Wiseman’s distinctive tenor on classic songs such as “Midnight Flyer,” “I Wonder How The Old Folks Are At Home” and “Keep On The Sunny Side.”
