One Breath Away

I am going to God's Holy city
I made preparations years ago
My soul - gets so excited, And I know I'll be united
With friends and loved ones and the saints of old

Jesus Christ our loving savior is alive
And in that Holy City there will never be a night
Former things all passed away, just one eternal day
And I'm just one breath away

My journey started on an altar
The gospel put me on my knees in prayer
I begged - Him to forgive me, And now - He's living in me
His Holy Spirit's gonna take me there
