Pray For Them

Nic Andrea & The Verdict’s new single and music video, “Pray For Them,” premiered on May 31st. The song embraces the rock stadium anthem vibe of decades past. It also carries a timely message about how the common people are victims of chaotic forces not in their control.

“Pray For Them” is the first release off the group’s third studio album, A Night at the Wrecking Yard, Pt. 2. The band is riding the wave of success off its 2023 concept album, Jimi Come Home which garnered top honors at the 2023 Munich Music Video Awards and the 2024 California Music Video Awards. In May, the Jimi Come Home concept album film for Nic Andrea & The Verdict-Jimi Come Home won two awards at the 15th annual World Music & Independent Film Festival in Washington D.C.

As vocalist Nic Andrea explained, "Rock & Roll is society's primal scream at the World's inevitable chaos,” and that the new song is “the musical embodiment of this idea on a take no prisoners classic rock canvas!” In addition to Andrea, the band is a “who’s who” LA’s most in-demand session musicians including Grammy-winning guitarist
