Falling In Love
"FALLING IN LOVE" by Lori Greco is a powerful vocal ballad, reminiscent in sound and emotion of the huge world-wide success of Celine Dion's "TITANIC".
Lori Greco delivers a believable performance of her original composition which tells of the fine time line of the exact moment (that forces of nature are at play and) when two souls are falling in love.
Featuring some of the greatest session musicians in the world, Steve Gadd, Abe Laboriel and Jamey Haddad add their international flair to this predominantly Aussie recording.
Preferring to always write her own lyrics, Lori was handed this poem and within 3 minutes, she had composed "FALLING IN LOVE." She says "Sometimes a melody just sweeps over you and you can translate the words to music in an instant. It's definitely a rare and precious artistic commodity."
We believe that this song will become a favorite of lovers all around the world, no matter of what race or creed.
It is simple in it's composition, written in a minor key to show an element of sadness with a recurring 4 chord progression. After the breakdown at 2 mins 20 secs, the melody begins again, this time with the backing vocals falling in pitch and yet creating suspense and tension as they twirl with their harmonies, against the lead vocal, before punctuating the finale of the song and succumbing to the fact that " We Fall..... In Love"
