Rythmicure - Lay Your Hands On Me
Rythmicure is a high energy CCM band led by man and wife duo Dan Tritle and Karla Oleson Tritle. The group's music has always set out to bridge the gap between faith + culture, using music to share the love of Christ with those who listen.

Lamon Records Nashville recently released the third studio album from Rythmicure entitled “Secret Garden” and their new radio single and video is “Lay Your Hands On Me.” The album is a departure for the group’s usual Christian take on Rock and Roll classics. Past albums have included inspirational versions of songs everyone is familiar with, but this is the first album to feature their own original material, creating an entirely different sound for the group. Every song on the album stems from the emotions derived from a proverbial ‘Secret Garden’: relationships, creativity, solitude, and praising. Evoking everything from security and hopefulness, to loneliness and yearning, the album chronicles a journey to find a personal ‘Secret Garden.’

The new single and video “Lay Your Hand’s on Me” is a driving rock tune, reminiscent of other rock anthems, and is a call for action to the listener to reach out and share the love of God with others in all we do.

The group’s first single and video from the album “Stay” climbed a number of indie charts and the video won several film festivals for its production value and creativeness. Dan and Karla enjoyed dressing the part and exploring staging a Great Depression-era video. Rythmicure was also on the final ballots for this year’s Dove Award nominations.

“Dan and Karla enjoy music so much that it resonates in their performances,” says label president and producer Dave Moody. “Dan’s original music with Karla’s lyrical input has really come together to make their best record to date. I can’t wait for more people to hear the new tracks and sound of Rythmicure.”

“This is all part of our faith journey, to find our ‘Secret Garden,’” says Dan and Karla in an interview recently. “Hopefully this CD can help others find theirs.”
