Biography
Born in the rural mountain region of West Virginia, Adopted by a coal miner and his wife, and 2 daughters. I was shown love all through my childhood, including the "Out behind the woodpile attitude adjustments".
I started playing at age 12, professionally in 1984. Moved to Nashville in 2001. I turned a Major Label down because we couldn't see eye to eye on negotiations.
I went through the booze, and drug stage a lot of Artists go through. I am not ashamed to tell you. I was one of the fortunate few to see the error of my ways, and survived it.
There I met Record Label President, and owner Keith Bradford, of KMA Records Nashville. Keith was formerly Kitty Well's bandleader and Bass player. He took a big chance and signed me to the label.
KBP (KEITH BRADFORD Promotions) handles all of our PR, and handles all of our bookings.
The KMA label is in Madison, TN which is in Nashville located at 256 East Old Hickory Blvd. Madison, TN 37115
Ph: (615)-612-3899
I was asked would I sign with a bigger label, I would but I would want KMA Records to prosper as well because Keith, Mike, Miranda has always been there for me cheering me on
They also have recording facilities open for the general public, songwriters, New Artists. It's really a great place to record for the tones I get there and for icing on the cake it's actually one of Kitty Well's old houses.
Talk about a great sound they have it.(Keith was her Band Leader and Bassist until she retired). Stop by and see them. Once in awhile you may even run into a celebrity, famous writer or musician there. Again they are in Nashville, Madison is like a small suburb of Nashville and about 5- 10 minutes from downtown.
And besides performing with the group I do Solo appearances with House Bands or Acoustic sets.
Anyway in closing: Kick Back Enjoy The Music and God Bless America!

"Radio Creds" are votes awarded to artists by radio programmers who have downloaded their music and have been impressed with the artist's professionalism and the audience's response to the new music. Creds help artists advance through the AirPlay Direct community.

Only radio accounts may add a Radio Cred. One week after the track has been downloaded the radio account member will receive an email requesting a Cred for each artist they've downloaded.
