Much has happened to J R since becoming an Airplay Direct Artist. In 2013 J R began his Television career with the local NECAT TV Studio in Nashville, TN. The J Raleigh Jones show was broadcast on Comcast channel 9 and 19, AT&T channel 99, and later on ROKU. During many of those years J R had serious health issues but still kept his traditional country show broadcasting. From 2018 through 2020 J R wrote an article "Nashville The Hard Way" for the Nashville Country Music Magazine with a readership of 8.5 million per month world wide. J R and his brother Stan started the Nashville Country Television Network which is now streaming on ROKU, Amazon FIRE TV, and Android TV world wide as well as online With Vimeo.com.

Music releases will be coordinated with his TV shows and distribution to radio via Airplay Direct in Nashville. The songs currently on J R's profile will be heard on his TV shows along with new releases. J R now has his own J Raleigh Jones channel in addition to the Nashville Country Television Network channel, on ROKU and on Fire TV.
