No hiding the extent of glee
Bring to an end a demise
for all to see

So very sly and confident
A slick and puerile malcontent
A worthy advisor to shoulder all the blame

Brother we can’t go back
We’ve crossed the line they pushed us to
Like Fathers risen from past

I told myself stay quiet
Remain unseen
Let Self centred minds dominate the field

But other lies fall into place
An oversight and lack of grace
Did you think the strings were out of view
