This was my first shot at writing a full blown love song. I first played this in public at a friend’s wedding in upstate New York. It seemed fitting. Bill’s piano really fills this song up – I went down to his house with my recording gear on one of his rare days off the road. Becky’s singing and violin playing on this song is beautiful.
