Biography
Jaelyn Taylor & 21 South is a family band from Wytheville Virginia that taps into the heart and soul of Appalachian and Bluegrass Music. Jaelyn is 15 years old and has been performing since she was 8. Jaelyn began her career while singing in church and competing in school talent competitions. Jaelyn has now moved on to the big stage accompanied by her father Zac Taylor and Grandpa NR Taylor. Always accompanied on stage by members that are no stranger to the bluegrass world. Together they perform the beloved standard bluegrass tunes ranging from Bill Monroe to Patty Loveless, as well as their very own original material. Jaelyn Taylor and 21 South released their first EP in the fall of 2022 which includes 4 original songs. Jaelyn Taylor & 21 South's most recent single, Daddy's Dobro features Gena Britt and Heather Berry's breathtaking harmonies to add a true Bluegrass sound to the tune.
