I learned this one from Doc Watson, and it’s long been a favorite of mine to sing a cappella. The imagery is so beautifully apocalyptic and I love the question posed in the title. It finishes out with another hymn I love “Meeting is Over” or “Land on Shore”, whose repeated “we’ll land on shore” refrain has been a mantra to cling to for me in difficult times.
