I Slept In
Well I've lost my wallet and phone and keys to my car
And my friends are leaving and saying this ****'s gone too far
So I lit right up and I threw my drink in the street
Well I guess I'll sleep in and no one will bother me

Well I've lost my wallet and shoes and keys to my house
And the steps are cracking from swingers, obnoxious and soused
And the car is leaving the road and on down the ridge
Well I guess I'll sleep in and someone will clean up this mess

Well I'm home and I left it all here from the start
And there's word of intransigent scum about in the park
And the chords rang out in my ears and I started to wake
Well I guess I slept in and it's such a terrible waste

Alright, I think we're good
(Yeah, that's good yeah)
It's good, alright, yeah.
Let's… let's play some of this back!
(Yeah, sure!)
Yup
