This is a blues arrangement of a traditional Turkish folk song called “Çayda Çıra” which is commonly sung by women at traditional “henna night” gatherings (similar to hen nights and bachelorette parties of the West) held before wedding ceremonies.

The song has a time signature of 10/8, which is a common Anatolian time signature.
