Love hath no cure for a broken heart. Pain lingers in Ducas’ vulnerable vocal delivery in a realization and admission that even the toughest of men can be broken by love. With no definitive prognosis and no escape from the inevitable, personal pride offers a sheer attempt to hide the open wound from “the one” that got away.
