Remember Me

This is an immigration love song, the story of a young man pushing off from the European coast for America in the 17th Century. The immigrants came to escape persecution, to avoid prison, or to be indentured servants for someone who paid their way across the waves. He is leaving someone behind who begs not to be forgotten.
