Down the wind swept hall, remembering faces
Through the corridor, I dreamed of places
Both far and near, all I believed in
Everything that we hold dear is bound for leavin’

Seasons change, and while we sleep the summer fades to winter’s gray

And passing on down the gravel road,
Saw the house up on that hill, begin to corrode
Every piece of shattered glass, burns in my mind

We go things to talk about, we got issues to figure out
Future of the world in doubt,
Shattered, torn, and disgraced, at the hands of the human race,
Rapidly increasing pace, problems we now must face
