Eddie Robinson GM is a prolific songwriter and dedicated musician, arranger, producer from Detroit Michigan, the home of Motown. Although never contracted with Motown Records, as vocalist, accomplished pianist, composer and arranger, he played a number of recording sessions together with the original Motown musicians. In New York, Eddie wrote and performed on sessions backed by Paul Schaefer & The David Letterman Band. During several years working at Universal- MCA as an exclusive songwriter, producer & arranger, Ed scored #1 hit recordings (gold & platinum albums) for other artists. More recently, Eddie’s music can be heard on recordings by Beyonce and Destiny’s Child, “Girl,” television hit show,
“So You Think You Can Dance,” Simon Cowell’s new hit television show, “The X-Factor UK and the New York Hit “Can’t Stop Dancing” by Sonny J.

The new single release by Eddie Robinson GM , “Bring the Love Back Home,” marks his the USA musical scene, nearly two decades of performances in Europe, Scandinavia, Africa and the Far East. Today’s music reflects a combination of Pop, sophisticated Soul flavored by shades of country Blues and Gospel rhythms. Similar to the appeal of recorded performances by Elvis Presley and Marvin Gaye, Eddie’s new music promotes a theme universal of love. This new single titled, “Bring the Love Back Home,” is dedicated to those who have love ones away from home. Whether that love one is away in military service, hospitalized, incarcerated, away at school, or work, the message of this song is the same. It reminds us that the power of love is far greater than any distance.

The irony of this message also happens to be another key concept; separation can sometimes cause love to grow stronger. Hope can make an impossible dream become possible!
