CRAZY ENOUGH TO DO IT


When Picasso picked a brush up and dipped it in some paint
he never knew exactly what it was he had to say
he only knew his heart was chasing down a mystery
and that was how he painted himself into history

Half the job is knowing what you want and getting to it
and the other half is just being crazy enough to do it

When Einstien dreamed of planets floating out in space
he never knew exactly how it was they would relate
he only knew that time and space gave each a point of view
and if someone watched from somewhere else well they’d see something knew

Nothin’s ever easy that much is always true
so let yourself get crazy it just may work for you

When you think about John Lennon and Martin Luther King
men who wanted war to stop and ignorance to end
they urged us to imagine a dreamwe all could find
and that is why they both live on in our hearts and in our minds
