The First (but you're the one)

album note: I drove to Nashville during the breakup to see a girl I used to be in love with. I found out real quick that I was madly in love with Suzan and I had to win her back. I turned around and drove all night to get back to Austin. I called Suzan and said, "I need to see you, I'll be back around 11 o'clock in the morning." That's the first time we spoke in over a month. I wrote this on the way back. She was there and we've been together since. That was Dec. '01. We're getting married in June '04. Thank you Suzan.
