Though I don’t steal or rob
To live like I do is a lot of hard work to
Keep from getting a real job

I gotta lotta nicknames that reflect my way of life
I ain’t gotta dime but I got a nickel
I’ll spend it the same in half the time
My life revolves around being content
It ain’t how the money’s made, It’s how it’s spent

They call me easy money

Spendin’ time is all I can afford
Savin’ money for me is as silly as a
Submarine with a screen door
My banker laughs at me when I come walkin’ in
My music may not make a dollar
But at least it makes cents
