Doug's best friend Billy Applegate played bass in one of their early bands, they framed houses together, and he introduced Doug to chainsaw carving. Together, Billy and Doug built the art gallery where this album was recorded. Billy penned the words to many songs which Doug would take and put music to, this one Doug finding and putting the music to after Billy passed away from cancer in 2008.
