LAZY BOY
Lazy boy, with your feet up on that chair.
Why don’t you come outside?
We can breathe some real fresh air.
I can see it in your eyes, like you’re wearin’ a disguise,
I would never criticize, but it’s time to realize,
that you‘re a loner; and that’s no lie.
You’re just makin’ an excuse, when suffer your abuse,
And you don’t have the juice, to really turn it loose,
and get a real life!
So don’t be shy.

Lazy Boy, with your feet up on that chair.
Why don’t you come outside!

Lazy boy, quit feelin’ sorry for yourself.
Lazy boy, get your soul down off that shelf.
There’s a path that we can take,
when we’re lookin’ for escape,
But it doesn’t really rate, if you compare it to the state,
of your resistance. It’s what you need.
So, the world is just a dream, and it makes you want to scream,
‘cause it isn’t what it seems, & it’s tearing at the seams,
of your existence.
And you still can’t see.

Lazy boy, quit your snoozin’.
Lazy boy, look what you’re losin’.

Let’s take a walk, take a ride, take a breather, go outside,
Take a hike, ride a bike; and open up your eyes, & let’s go get it.
Let’s not be blue.
You’re not makin’ any sense, if your willin’ to pretend,
That you haven’t got a friend,
’cause the world ain’t gonna end, unless you let it.
It’s up to you.

Lazy boy, forget your pride.
Why don’t you come outside?
