And the pain of this life, and the weight in my heart will melt away
No I can’t do miracles like the saints of old
Or speak like great apostles in your name
But I can be your little flower, sowing petals of your love along the way

Let me stand at the foot of your cross Lord Jesus, for today, just for today
And I’ll spend my life praying souls to your side, everyday
All I’ve ever wanted is to give my heart to you
And walk forever in your loving grace

And a thousand times I’ll tell you, just how much I love you, as I pray
Still that won’t be near enough to give the Lord of all
