Also recorded by Claire Lynch on North by South, this version features the fiddle and banjo of Emory Lester. The inspiration for this song came from hearing a legendary Don Reno show decades ago and observing the powerful performance put on by him and his band after a long drive in their Winnebago and despite the fact that there was only a small crowd in attendance. The fact that such fine artists put all they had into that night made such an impression that Cris has tried for his career to always put the same intensity into his own performances no matter how humble the circumstances.
