Once time stood still on Indian Hill
The days seemed like they’d never end each summer
Dad would whack the weeds
Mom would make grilled cheese
Then we’d stay up late to watch the stars grow brighter

So I headed east to Boston
Jenny wound up in Austin

But still we stay up late and talk about the old days
