ICE ON THE TIMBER

An Ozarks mystery song I wrote based on a story I heard repeated by my Dad and Great Grandpa Ray. It allegedly took place in the late 30's during a bad winter in the Ozarks. The only one of the family to survive to tell the story was the oldest son. I don't think it was ever determined exactly how the family died.
