From her beginnings in Wheeling, West Virginia, Carly Greer has blossomed into a powerhouse of talent as a vocalist and songwriter. Her musical journey started at the tender age of 12 when she co-wrote her first song, 'West Virginia Moonlight,' with her mother. This early success paved the way for her to record the tune in Nashville. As a teenager, she penned an impressive 10 songs. Today, her original song tally stands at over 300, a testament to her unwavering dedication and passion for her craft.
Trail Blazing Publishing recently launched her debut country single, "Tallulah." Previously, she recorded "Save The First Dance," "Johnny," and her soon-to-be-released original, "Rhinestone Cowgirl." Don't be fooled by the name of that track; it is another masterful original by the talented songstress.
Carly is not just a singer and songwriter, but a versatile and accomplished one. Her talents extend beyond the realm of country music. She also shines as the lead vocalist for the bluegrass band Crandall Creek. Her creative contributions to the band's new album, including the title track 'Ain't Love Somethin,' 'Hickory Ridge,' 'Love the Thrill,' and their latest chart hit, 'Pieces,' are a testament to her ability to excel in both country and bluegrass music.
