The "Kick Back Just Relax" release is a collaboration of artists; keyboardist Bryon Tosoff, Percussionist Ted Tosoff as well as Sax and Bass Player Paul Wainwright.

The song was composed by Bryon Tosoff who along with Ted Tosoff produced it.

Ted Tosoff was the engineer behind the scenes and added those special touches and treatments that gives the song its unique sound. Paul Wainwright added in horn sections and a cool sax melody and underpinned it all with a fantastic driving bass line. The song has elements of Jazz Fusion with a rock vibe and reaches into the EDM Dance groove but with a whole different soundscape.
