Biography

Born the son of a miner in South Yorkshire, England. Growing up in the town, of Doncaster. Bob loved country music from an early age. Remembering songs that his father sang in front of an open coal fire, on the cold winter days long before they had a TV. Influenced by the early songs of Jimmy Rodgers, Hank Williams, Lefty Frizzle, Ernest Tub and many more Bobs music is always pure country.
Bobs career started a long time ago back in England from his early teens to mid-forties Bob performed with many of the top bands around the midlands touring the British Iles working from a solo to six piece band depending on the location and promoters requirements.
High Plains western Swing Band was the Band Bob enjoyed most A 5 piece band touring and playing Bobs favourite Music. The Boothill Boys, Starting very early in Bob’s career this band was a great launching point to build on. Touring and recording great country music with a fine bunch of musos .
Now residing in Australia Bob is constantly travelling to festivals to perform the music he loves best ("Country")
His feeling and style for telling the story of a song is perfect for the country genre and you are sure to enjoy his shows.

Over the last twenty years Bob, as been involved in the local country music scene. Helping younger artists teaching guitar and stage presentation. Now back on the road he is looking to write and sing more of his own material.

As country as country gets. Once again Michelle brings that true feeling only a true performer can give. Michele was presented with a GOLD MEDALLION in Tamworth this year for her self penned single “NOW I’M LETTING GO’. Michelle as preformed on many of the Queensland festivals taking out best overall performance at the ACMA and Bundaberg festivals. A prolific song writer she is constantly turning out top material . In 2013 she will be back in the studio to begin recording tracks for a duet CD with her husband Bob.
