Give a Little (featuring Bo Jamison, lead vocals)
This song is an imaginary conversation between two people who have split up over a spat. The principle (could be a man or woman) is carrying on an internal dialogue with their partner trying to make sense of why they have both chosen to be alone when they could easily be together.
The music was originally more folk/country and was transformed to blues rock tune when Walter Ferguson added the B-3 organ and changed it to a minor tuning. We had to go back and put in an electric guitar and add David Boisvert's saxaphone to the mix. Then we had Bo Jamison record a bluesier vocal.
