Birmingham Walk

My father was a civil rights leader and was on the famous Selma to Montgomery march depicted in the movie "Selma" last year. I decided to write a different kind of "protest song" about civil rights taken from a personal viewpoint of my character Mamba Jambalya. I love the stop and start polyrhythms of Little Feat and similar bands, so I latched onto those for this song.
