SONGS THAT SAVE OUR LIVES - BENNY HAVENS BAND
(United States Army West Point Band)
Unlike many patriotic albums,
Songs That Save Our Lives is not a collection of songs performed by iconic artists singing about military personnel and events. It is in fact a collection of all original Country songs performed by long time currently serving Benny Havens Band West Point officers sharing their personal view of military and family life while serving our country. They are some of the finest musicians and singers in the armed forces.
Country legend Charlie Daniels is a guest artist on two tracks
God Bless The Mother and
Let Freedom Ring. All of Daniels' proceeds from this record will be donated to his partner charity The Journey Home Project.
The majority of the proceeds from this album will be donated back to the USMA Music Department for the further support and development of their program.
