A prophet spoke of a quest, That required heavens best
The time was right it seemed, For the coming of this child the King
The world was in disarray, In need of a better way
The plan for those who believe, Was born with this child the King

There once was a time on earth, The Savior's plan from birth
Sacrifice His life for sin, In victory rise again
Salvation brought to man, Reconciled to the great I AM
