Craig Fraser releases single “Jerry Springer”
Crag Fraser’s song “Jerry Springer” puts the spring in your step as the fast beat, country/rock feel and comical lyrics are very engaging and amusing. You will find yourself stopping whatever you are doing to carefully listen to the well-crafted, social-critiquing lyrics. The song talks about the whole concept of the TV show Jerry Springer and how he wants to be a ’30 second star’ because he has all these problems that seem interesting, such as being an ‘anorexic lesbian’ or being ‘so weird [he has] his own disease’.

With sounds such as The Whitlams and The Church and being influenced by artists such as Iggy Pop, Black Sabbath and Pink Floyd, Fraser has a very sharp, edgy sound which is enhanced through the lyrics behind the melody and voice.

This song is definitely not one to miss; especially if you could go a laugh or two.
